A native of Illinois, Ballard has more than 11 years of experience in professional baseball. Ballard previously served as Vice President of Historic Dodgertown in Vero Beach from 2013 - 2015. He held multiple positions with the Florida State League Daytona Cubs from 2006 - 2013, including four seasons as General Manager.
As General Manager of The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, Ballard oversees all business operations.
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
DIRECTOR OF BALLPARK OPERATIONS
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Bell graduated from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. For the last ten seasons, Thomas was the Director of Florida Operations for the Washington Nationals at Space Coast Stadium.
As Assistant General Manager of The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, Bell oversees all ballpark operations.
Director of Finance
Originally from northeastern Ohio, McCahan previously worked for six seasons at Roger Dean Stadium in a similar financial position. John has also worked in the golf industry with the PGA of America as a business analyst and events controller.
As Director of Finance, McCahan oversees all accounting and administration for The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches.
Director of Field Operations
Born and raised in southwest Missouri, Eggerman previously held roles as Assistant Director of Grounds at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, Florida from 2008-2014 and Operations Manager of Parks and Grounds for the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida from 2015-2016.
Matt heads up field operations for The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches.
DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS & MARKETING
Prior to joining the Ballpark, Ben worked for three years as a Director at IMG, negotiating over $64.5M worth in sponsorship revenue for his portfolio of leading golf clients. Ben was promoted to his director role following four and a half years as client manager at IMG.
Ben leads corporate partnerships for The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches and is responsible for the complex’s partnerships sales and activations.
CORPORATE SALES and Digital Manager
Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Bristow recently finished his MBA, Sport Management at Florida Atlantic University. In 2014, after completing his undergrad at the University of Texas at Austin, Bristow moved down to Florida, working for various professional South Florida teams and events.
In his current role, Bristow will assist with corporate partnerships, ticket sales, social media and community development.
DIRECTOR OF TICKET OPERATIONS
Hailing from Michigan, Whitney has worked for many different sports teams in a variety of sales and box office positions. Before joining The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches Goulish worked for Collegiate Consulting to help teams increase their attendance and revenue.
Whitney is currently pursuing her MBA and will oversee all ticket operations at The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches.
